Jettae Privacy Policy

Effective date 2026-10-12

NodeOnWorks ("we", "us") respects the privacy of children and parents who use Jettae (the "App"), our clock-learning app for children. This policy applies to the App and to our customer support.

At a glance

  • The App has no sign-up and does not collect any personal information such as a child's name, age, photo or location.
  • Learning progress is stored only on the device and is never sent to our servers.
  • We use no third-party tools for advertising, analytics, tracking or crash reporting.
  • Payments are processed by Apple and Google. We never receive payment details.
  • The only time we receive personal information is when a parent emails our support team.

1. Information handled in the App

a. Information we do not collect

The App does not collect or transmit any information that can identify a user, including names, dates of birth, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, voice, location, contacts or advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID). The App has no chat, message board or other features that let users communicate with each other.

b. Information stored only on the device

Learning progress, game results, collected stickers and app settings (such as sound and theme) are stored only on the user's device. We cannot access this information, and it is deleted when the App is deleted.

c. Notifications

If the App offers reminders or other notifications, they are local notifications that run entirely on the device and never pass through our servers. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.

d. In-app purchases

Purchases and purchase restoration are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your name, card number or other payment information; the App only checks, on the device, the purchase status provided by the store. Personal information in the payment process is handled under each store's privacy policy.

e. Statistics provided by the stores

If users have agreed on their device to share data with developers, Apple and Google may provide us with statistics that cannot identify individuals, such as download counts and crash reports. We do not use these statistics to identify anyone, and use them only to improve the App.

2. Personal information handled when you contact support

When a parent emails support@nodeonworks.com, we handle personal information as follows.

Please include only what we need to help you. There is no need to send us your child's personal information, such as their name or photo.

3. Children's privacy

Although the App is designed for children, it does not collect children's personal information. Our support is intended for parents. If we learn that a child has contacted us directly, we will not use that information without parental consent, and we will promptly delete anything beyond what is needed to respond.

United States (COPPA): We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child has sent us personal information, we will delete it. Parents may contact us at support@nodeonworks.com to review or delete any such information.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law (for example, a lawful request from a law enforcement authority).
